OCD and ERP Therapy
OCD can make you feel like you have to be 100% certain before you can finally relax. ERP therapy helps you step out of the cycle of intrusive thoughts, anxiety, avoidance, and compulsions so OCD stops making the rules.

ERP Therapy
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is the "gold standard" for OCD and anxiety treatment. It is highly effective because it helps you face fears and uncomfortable thoughts without relying on compulsions, avoidance, or reassurance to feel better. Instead of trying to eliminate anxiety, ERP teaches your brain that you can handle uncertainty and discomfort, allowing OCD to lose its power over your choices and your life.
Real Exposure. Real Progress.
I am extensively trained in ERP and am currently completing advanced certification. My training includes all major subtypes of OCD, from contamination to emetophobia to scrupulosity and more. I believe ERP goes beyond talking about fears. We use intentional, real-world exposure tailored to you, building confidence through experiences and helping you take back the parts of your life your OCD and anxiety are controlling.

OCD Can Look Like Many Different Things
OCD doesn’t always look like excessive cleaning or organizing. It can show up as contamination or illness fears, emetophobia (fear of vomiting), unwanted intrusive thoughts, harm OCD, scrupulosity or religious fears, repeated checking, reassurance seeking, or the feeling that something has to be done until it feels “just right.” Sometimes the compulsions are obvious, and sometimes they happen almost entirely in your head. Whatever OCD looks like for you, treatment focuses on understanding your specific cycle and helping you stop letting fear and uncertainty make the decisions.
