Work with Me

Real conversations. Practical tools. Lasting change.

Child Playing Letters

Play Therapy

Young children often communicate best through play rather than conversation, which is why play therapy can be such an effective approach. Instead of relying solely on words, children and pre-teens use toys, games, art, and imaginative activities to express emotions, process difficult experiences, and work through challenges in a way that feels natural to them. This creative process helps them develop emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and gain confidence in navigating life's ups and downs.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy provides a dedicated one-on-one space where you can openly explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be affecting your daily life. Together, we work to better understand patterns, process challenges, and develop practical strategies that support healing, personal growth, and lasting change. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools to move forward with confidence.

Therapy Session Discussion
Family Moments

Family Therapy

Family therapy creates a supportive space for family members to come together, strengthen relationships, and work through challenges as a team. Sessions focus on improving communication, increasing understanding, and identifying patterns that may be contributing to conflict or stress. Whether your family is navigating behavioral concerns, life transitions, or ongoing tension, therapy can help build healthier connections, develop practical solutions, and create a more positive and supportive home environment.

Fee Agreement

Therapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. 50-55 minutes will be spent with the client and the final 5-10 minutes will be used by the clinician for documentation. I accept many insurance plans. Payment will be done through a either credit card placed on file during the intake process or Headway if using insurance.  My fee is $125 per session and payment will need to be completed at the time of session. I offer a sliding scale based on financial situation and need. Please reach out to met personally to discuss flexibility of rates.

If a third-party will be paying for sessions, we will complete additional forms stating that they will be responsible for the payment of therapeutic services.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment  at least 24 hours notice is required. If there is not 24 hours notice, you will be billed for the missed appointment unless there is an emergent situation.

I am also able to give a monthly super-bill statement with charges that can be submitted to your insurance company should I not be covered by your plan.
