Insurance and Fees

Therapy is already an investment of your time and energy, so figuring out how to pay for it shouldn’t feel unnecessarily complicated. I offer both insurance and private-pay options, and I’m happy to help you understand what your options may look like before getting started.

Insurance

I am in-network with select insurance plans. Coverage can vary based on your specific plan, deductible, copay, and the type of services you receive, so being listed as an accepted insurance provider does not guarantee that your individual plan will cover treatment.

Currently accepted insurance plans:
United HealthCare, BCBS of TX, Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, Curative, Ascension, Oscar, Optum/Oxford

Before your first appointment, I recommend confirming your behavioral health benefits directly with your insurance company. If you’re unsure what to ask, I can help point you in the right direction.

Private Pay

Private pay is also available for clients who do not have an insurance plan I accept, prefer not to use insurance, or whose services are not covered by their plan.

Therapy: $125 per session

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made.

Out-of-Network Benefits

If I am not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still have out-of-network mental health benefits. Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined entirely by your individual insurance plan and is not guaranteed.
