Work with Me
Real conversations. Practical tools. Lasting change.

Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP)
I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy to help clients gradually face feared thoughts, situations, or sensations while learning to resist compulsive or safety-seeking behaviors. Together, we build personalized exposures at a manageable pace and practice tolerating uncertainty and discomfort without relying on rituals, avoidance, or reassurance. The goal is to help clients feel more confident in responding to anxiety and OCD rather than allowing fear to control their lives.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a dedicated one-on-one space where you can openly explore the thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be affecting your daily life. Together, we work to better understand patterns, process challenges, and develop practical strategies that support healing, personal growth, and lasting change. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, empowered, and equipped with tools to move forward with confidence.

Play Therapy
Play is how children naturally communicate, express emotions, and make sense of their experiences. Through play therapy, I provide a safe, supportive space where children can explore their feelings, work through challenges, and develop healthy coping skills in a way that feels comfortable and natural to them. By joining children in their world of play, I help them build confidence, strengthen emotional awareness, and feel understood.

Fee Agreement
Therapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. 50-55 minutes will be spent with the client and the final 5-10 minutes will be used by the clinician for documentation. I accept most major insurance plans. Payment will be done through a either credit card placed on file during the intake process or Headway if using insurance. My fee is $125 per session for private pay clients, and payment will need to be completed at the time of session. I offer a sliding scale based on financial situation and need. Please reach out to me personally to discuss flexibility of rates.
If a third-party will be paying for sessions, we will complete additional forms stating that they will be responsible for the payment of therapeutic services.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment at least 24 hours notice is required. If there is not 24 hours notice, you will be billed for the missed appointment unless there is an emergent situation.
I am also able to give a monthly super-bill statement with charges that can be submitted to your insurance company should I not be covered by your plan.
